The Process
Our client struggled to build an online community sharing recipes featuring their Red Curry Paste due to minimal social media presence. The Social Penguin launched Grumpy Ginger across three leading social media platforms with new business accounts and fresh creatives. After market analysis to identify target audiences like food enthusiasts and international chefs, we developed a 3-month social media strategy to maximise conversion rates.
The Result
Upon client approval, we collaborated with Asian and European foodie creators to launch performance UGC inspiring customers to create their own 'at home' style videos. Focused on "Red Curry Paste," over 20 creators showcased 30+ uses, from "Thai Sunday lunch ideas" to "Homemade Red Curry Staples," in engaging reels with creator voiceovers to captivate viewers.

Our involvement in Grumpy Ginger's creator outreach content led to impressive results: a 120% increase in Facebook ROAS, a 250% rise in average Engagement Rate, and a 180% boost in average CTR rate in 90 days. Additionally, we reduced their average CPC rate by 59%.
